Our 2009 riding season is underway. Due to the many many days of rain we have had, and the Maryland Council of Equestrian Therapies
horse show on Sunday, June 14th, we will not be holding normal classes on June 9 and 11 to prepare our riders for the show. Wednesday class as usual. We will resume
our normal schedule the week of the 16th. We still need all you wonderful volunteers! So, please come out. We need volunteers to help on
Sunday the 14th as well. If you can help out at the show, please let us know.
NEW VOLUNTEER TRAINING/RETRAINING OF PREVIOUS VOLUNTEERS
We will be having new volunteer training on Thursday, June 11th from 7:00-8:30pm. Anyone interested in volunteering, as well as
anyone that has returned these past few weeks that have not gone through the retraining, please come on out.
We can still use a new electric fence charger, since ours was ruined by being under probably at least 6 feet of water... We are currently borrowing one. DONATIONS are greatly appreciated so we can purchase a new one. They cost around $300.00. We can still use some help in purchasing new chargers!

Shopping Card (SCRIPS) fundraiser carries on. This
is an on-going fundraiser. Our next due date for
orders will be January 28th (in time for Valentines Day).
The next dates are: April 17th (Graduations/Mother's Day) May 13th (Graduations/Father's Day) For more information, please contact us. Or, please click on the link to the left entitled "SCRIP", fill out which cards you wish to purchase, and mail in. They make GREAT everyday gifts. If you shop at a particular store anyway... why not help out PETS and purchase a card from us.
Help support PETS. Remember, we are still an all volunteer, non-profit organization, requiring volunteer time, donations and fundraisers to keep us going.
